I couldn’t believe this was my life. Just a couple of years before that moment I was over 300lbs, too ashamed of my body to leave the house.
I was doing it. As I crossed the finish line I knew the story of myself had changed. While I might still hear the voice in my head saying “you can’t do that, you’re not fit enough, you’re too fat” when I consider doing something…now I know it won’t win. I introduced another voice. This one says “You’re a f*$#ing IRONMAN. Venga Guapa!!”

The Program
The Venga Guapa Transformation Team is a 12-week group coaching experience that will connect you with others on a similar path and teach you everything you need to know to be race ready. Whether this is your first race, or your 100th, this community will help you use this goal to transform yourself and cross the finish line a better version of yourself.
We meet weekly to discuss a different aspect of planning for and training for a big fitness goal. We cover the practical, process, and psychological.
Each 60 minute coaching session is structured like this:
Lesson on a specific aspect of transformational fitness racing.
Individual sharing on the lesson and your progress.
Q&A for whatever struggles you’re encountering in your training.
Each week has a different theme:
Selecting your race, defining your story.
Creating your training plan.
Healthy habit building and hacks to stay sane.
The motivational dip and how to overcome it.
Nutrition and fueling your fire.
Discipline and determination.
Community support.
Cross training and diversification.
Injury prevention and recovery.
Hydration.
Race day preparation.
Celebrating and keeping the momentum going.
